In her own words…The Nick Rozanski Memorial Foundation has been important to me in so many ways. It started out as a place for people to make donations after Nick’s death but it has become so much more to me. It has been a blessing to my daughters and me to have an opportunity to continue Nick’s legacy while also helping to support the communities that meant so much to Nick. And, it has allowed me the opportunity to meet so many people in the Veteran community and I hope that I will be able to look back and know that I helped to make a difference.

In his own words…I met Nick going through OCS, roomed together for six weeks at Fort Sill, OK and served in the same brigade. During our career, we crossed paths while leading convoy security missions through Iraq and again when the brigade deployed to Afghanistan. He had many friends and interests. His death left a hole in the community and within those closest to him. Serving on this board allows me to perpetuate his memory and hopefully create a positive impact on the community he loved.

In his own words…Nick and I became friends through our service in the National Guard. He was one of the most courageous men I ever had the pleasure of knowing and I was very proud to call him my friend. Nick’s sacrifice for our country is a debt we can never repay. Through the foundation, his name and his legacy can live on. It’s very important to me that Nick and all of our fallen heroes are remembered and the NRMF gives us a chance to make a positive impact on the community and to keep his memory alive.
